Cheaply made The collar is cheaply made with small bells, I have a smaller than average lab that this barely fit even though the size I purchased should have been adequate and the picture even sports a golden retriever. My dog did not wear this for Christmas but rather utilized her old one from last year that looked much better!
Way too small My dog weighs about 50lbs and the packaging shows a retriever on the package. The quality was fine and it was cute but it was way too small. I had to cut it and then zip tie it to her collar and then it only went 3/4 way around. Order larger than you need.

Cute Costume, but very specific fit This costume was absolutely adorable, but you really need to pay attention to all of the measurements and really take your dogs shape into consideration. Probably the most awakward part were the legs of the costume. Would've much preferred if they were velcro instead.

Great blanket, very realistic For anyone that has a real Rambo horse blanket, you will appreciate how realistic this is. Surcingles are not velcro like other Breyer blankets. This blanket matches the one my daughter's real pony has in every detail...something she certainly pointed out. Since it is so realistic, she loves it all the more and it brings the barn into her room with her Breyers. Fits traditional series well, including the larger draft horse models. I am buying another one this year to add to her collection.
Different from description The description I read on Amazon regarding this particular item was that it was purple. The picture does not depict that at all but when I ordered, I kept in mind that it was indeed a purple blanket and not greenish. I was, in fact, disappointed that it was purportedly purple so I was very happy to see for myself that it is indeed not purple but greenish as it looks in the picture. :) It looks EXACTLY as it does in the picture. I don't know how well it holds up or ease of use or anything yet as it is a gift for Christmas. So if I hear how it performs I will update my review. Very pleased with this item so far, though.

PiddlePlaid Received my order today and the fit on my dog is perfect. He looks much cuter in this than in the depends diaper he usually wears, that circles his middle. My only suggestion would be to have the suspenders like piece on the back duplicated on the front. I would pay extra for this. This would keep the front pants more secure and keeps any urine from leaking through. I can already see that this might be a concern. My dog is 15 years old and finally has an excuse for lifting his leg in the house, haha. This is the first product that has a good option for a male dog.

Big-haired dogs need one size up This was a pretty cute costume for the price. I have a 10-pound Bichon that very much resembles the dog modelling the costume for this listing, so I figured it would fit my pup. It did fit, but a word of warning - if your dog has a lot of fur, ORDER AT LEAST ONE SIZE UP. My Bichon was 10 pounds when she wore the Medium and it BARELY fit her, and she didn't look like she enjoyed wearing it too much (this is a dog that usually LOVES wearing one-piece clothing and hair bows). The headpiece bothered her a lot and she ended up shaking it off. I decided not to keep putting it back over her ears, and since it's fully attached to the costume, it still looked okay just hanging there.
Overall, price was good for what I got (I don't take Halloween too seriously, so I was looking for something to get the job done cheaply). Due to my Bichon's fur though (which was a fairly short cut at the time of wearing the costume), I would order one size up next time.
Very big! This is a really cute outfit and warm too. It was too big on my fat beagle, I got a large, but still adorable.
Too small I bought this for my 2-year old Lab thinking a "Large" would be perfect. But it turned out way too small. And the wings were bent, as well. When I realized it wouldn't fit, I quickly mailed it back to Amazon. Too bad because the costume is quite adorable.

Ready for Halloween This little tee is cute as can be on our little dog. We plan to use it for Halloween. It is made out of regular T shirt material and is a bright royal purple. Haven't washed it yet, but directions say to wash on cold, hang dry. I'll probably put it in a lingerie bag and toss it in the washer with a load of darks and hang dry. Our dog is 16" from base of neck to tail, 19" chest, 12" neck. The shirt fits like a normal T shirt would fit, not too baggy, not too tight.

Very Cyte, runs large I actually ordered this for my cat and its very cute. The material may be a little thin but its lightweight so that is nice. I ordered a medium based on weight (8-12 lbs) for my 11 lbs cat and it was pretty big. Granted this costume is for a dog with a diffrent shape so I was not too bothered by this.
Dog as a cat I think that the costume ran small. Because it had no slits for the dog's ears or a shin strap to hole the hood part on the dog, the cat's head and ears ended up un the dog's back. Not very satisfying look although our dog didn't mind wearing it.
Love it!!! I purchased this costume for one of my dogs that sometimes has the personality of a cat. Cat costumes for dogs is very difficult to come by! This didn't fit perfectly, but came close...I'm excited for my dog to wear this on Halloween!

cool, but not a puppet! In the description and on the tag it clearly states that this is a puppet. Fearing that public schooling had once again lead me astray I googled the term puppet. here's what I came up with:

3: one whose acts are controlled by an outside force or influence (so far it just sits there, but I'll keep you posted)
After much deliberation I have concluded that I am the puppet. My act of purchasing this item has been influenced by an outside force (the manufacturer's inaccurate description) and based upon that I have made an ill advised purchase.

perfect costume! This costume is perfect for my boxer. I got the x-large due to his broad chest, and long body. It fits snug. It does not bother him at all. Loved it, but an XL will not fit a Great Dane! The product looked exactly as displayed in the picture. However, I wasn't able to put it on my dog. Even though she is a small Great Dane and the shirt fit around her, it was not long enough for her. Just a caution to any other extra large breed dog owners!
Costume fit my big dog!! I always have a hard time finding costumes to fit my Rottie. This was perfect! It is well made and the bones do GLOW in the dark....she looked ADORABLE on her visit this Halloween to the nursing home. The patients loved it! Batman dog Halloween costume The costume is well made and fit my 70 pound dog. The only negative comment is that I thought the Batman logo would be on the back of the cape like the Superman costume I bought last year, but it was not. Other than that, it is a great costume and worth the money.
The right price. Last year my 80lb American Staffordshire Terrier was a fire chief. This year he's gonna be Batman. He looks great in the costume, which came just as pictured. He hates the bat ears piece, but his ears do that naturally, anyway, which is why he's Batman... Anyway, the price was right, and the costume's fun. The materials used are the same ones you find Batman costumes for children made out of... some synthetic fabric. I loved the fire chief outfit, because it doubles as a rain coat... alas, this one doesn't. Still, it's cool.
So much fun This was great - even as a L, it fit our 70lb dog just fine. He gladly wore it for about 3hrs and he usually isn't a clothes dog.

Adorable and really warm I bought this fleece vest for my ten pound Miniature Pinscher, and he loves it! My husband and I get a kick out of it because when he wears it with the collar turned up, he looks a little like Count Dracula, but we are really, really happy with this purchase. Great for a short time Ordered this vest for our growing pup. Ordered a cheap one on purpose since we are not sure how big she will get. She quickly outgrew the medium (probably best for 25lbs and under). When she got to 30lbs she barely fit in it and it started tearing and fraying at all the seams. Ordered the large which she wears now and has plenty of room to grow in it. (She is about 33lbs now.) It is already starting to tear and fray at some of the seams, but hopefully it will hang on until the end of this season. I will say that the handle is pretty strong and the vest floats great and keeps her head out of the water. It is a good vest for short term or possibly for a dog that is calmer and not running around and swimming all the time. Also probably a good vest if you will not use it too often - our pups are on the lake every weekend with us so their vests get a ton of use. When she is full grown I will buy her a Ruffwear vest like our other dog has - they are expensive but for a good reason! One...

Another Satisfied Yank Fan I actually bought this for my cat, who is the size of a small dog. He is a Maine Coon, and this breed runs very large. The small cat collars wouldn't fit him, so finally I decided to go one step up and get the dog collar. I was really disappointed when I looked for the collar. Most of the dog collars I saw were not attractive or to my liking. I am a Yankee fan. Though not a rabid fan I think they are the greatest team on earth! When I saw this beautiful blur collar with the Yankee logo in white , I was sold. Not only does it look gorgeous on my black cat and fit him perfectly, there is a Yankee logo charm on the collar, as well -- cat enjoys shaking his head and making it jingle. Also, the collar is very well-constructed and sturdy. I am thinking of getting the other Yankee collar so he can have a selection.
